Our website care plans include basic backup and restore. Sometimes things can get a little complicated with websites and need further assistance. Plans Explorer and up have Website Recovery included.
Although we may not have built your website, we are still open to hosting and taking care of your WordPress Website. For more complex websites we may have to develop a custom quote via the Pioneer plan.
Each website is considered part of one plan. You can have as many websites as you would like when you work with us. We love that! Shaibit believes in long lasting relationships.
We are open to caring for websites even when using third party vendors, but we most note that we are not liable for issues caused by them and will result in a webmaster hourly rate if damage is caused by them in the website.
You cancel service at any time. When canceled it will be the last billing cycle and we will start the migration process to a server of your choice. We charge so that we can properly place things in motion and send you your files. All plugins that come with our plan will have licenses removed, including the CDN. Kindly email us at support@shaibithosting.com. We can also migrate the site to the server of your choice for a nominal fee.
